About two years ago I was introduced to journaling, a way to keep track of day to day goals and successes. Those little moments that sometimes we take for granted, we can write it down and reflect on them.

2015 is almost coming to an end, which means it’s time to set new goals!
Today I’m excited to share with you a fun and easy activity. WAIT FOR IT! It’s the vision board. Yes, it’s a fun way to remind yourself to NEVER GIVE UP! You can do it. Go after your goals.
It only took me a few minutes, so no excuses! Grab a board, scissors, magazines, glue, etc. Make it fun, gather some friends and coordinate a vision board party! Haha I think I took it too far.
After it’s all done, place it where you will see it often. That’s the …
